About Billi
With more than 12 years of experience, I specialise in teaching Guitar to college students who want clear and engaging lessons. I focus on helping students learn guitar without stress and with steady improvement.
My teaching style is patient, organised, and student-focused. I break down complex techniques into simple steps so students can understand and apply them easily.
I use innovative methods such as learning through popular songs, guided practice routines, and focused technique drills. Students improve chord transitions, rhythm control, finger strength, and accuracy through structured exercises. I also use play-along tracks to build confidence.
Music theory is explained in an easy way and connected directly to guitar playing. I also introduce ear training and improvisation to help students develop musical awareness.
I believe encouragement and consistency are key to success. I provide clear feedback and support. My goal is to help college students enjoy guitar learning and grow into independent musicians.

I approach Guitar teaching with creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I want students to enjoy learning while building strong technical skills and musical understanding. Lessons include improvisation, composition, and exploring different genres to encourage personal expression.
Critical thinking is an important part of my approach. I teach students to analyse songs, understand scales and chord structures, and develop problem-solving skills for learning music independently.
Accountability is central to my methodology. I help students set goals, maintain consistent practice routines, and track progress. Regular feedback and encouragement foster confidence and growth.
Besides Guitar, I teach music theory, songwriting, ear training, and performance skills. Lessons are customised to the student’s pace, level, and interests, making learning enjoyable and effective.
My goal is to mentor students into becoming creative, independent musicians who can confidently play, compose, and perform music.
