About Ines
My journey with Excel began when I recognised its importance in managing and analysing data efficiently. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, where I developed strong technical and analytical skills. Over the past 5 years, I have worked with students and professionals, helping them learn Excel in a simple and practical way. Teaching allows me to make technical tools easy to understand and apply.
My teaching style is practical, clear, and student-focused. I believe learning by doing is the most effective method, so I include hands-on exercises in every lesson. I break down complex functions into simple steps and ensure students understand their usage clearly. I also create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and practising their skills. This helps them stay motivated and engaged.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring new Excel features and data tools. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching Excel is meaningful to me because I see students become more confident and efficient in their work. Helping them build useful skills, improve productivity, and prepare for real-world challenges is something I truly value, and I remain committed to supporting their continuous growth and development.

My Excel lessons are designed to make learning simple, practical, and easy to apply in real-world situations. I guide learners through topics such as spreadsheet basics, formulae, functions, charts, pivot tables, and data analysis using clear step-by-step explanations. I focus on helping students understand how Excel tools work instead of memorising steps. Each lesson includes hands-on exercises where students practise with real data, helping them build confidence and practical skills.
Lessons are structured based on the student’s level and goals. Beginners start with basic navigation, formatting, and simple formulae. Intermediate learners focus on advanced functions, data organisation, and reporting techniques. Advanced students work on dashboards, automation, and complex data analysis. I provide regular practice tasks, corrections, and real-life examples to ensure steady improvement. This approach helps students develop strong Excel skills over time.
Excel is widely used in academics, business, and everyday work. As students learn how to organise and analyse data efficiently, they become more confident and productive. Many students begin to enjoy Excel once they understand its real-world usefulness. My goal is to make Excel simple, useful, and meaningful. I want students to feel confident in handling data, solving practical problems, and applying their skills effectively in real-life situations and future professional environments.
