About Sihra
My interest in Excel began during my Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, where I learned how important data management is in both academic and professional settings. I became interested in how Excel can simplify complex data and improve efficiency. Over the past 7 years, I have worked with many students, helping them build strong Excel skills through clear explanations and practical learning.
I believe that Excel should be easy to learn when it is taught in a simple and structured way. My teaching style focuses on step-by-step guidance, real-life examples, and consistent practice so students can build confidence gradually. I take time to understand each student’s learning level and adjust my teaching approach so they feel comfortable and supported throughout their learning journey.
Outside of teaching, I continue exploring new Excel features and tools to improve my knowledge and teaching methods. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching Excel is very fulfilling to me because I enjoy helping students gain useful skills, improve their confidence, and learn how to work with data effectively in both academic and real-world situations.

Excel becomes simple when students understand how to organize and analyze data instead of using features without clear understanding. In my lessons, I focus on building strong foundational knowledge through structured and easy explanations. We begin with basic topics such as data entry, formatting, and simple formulas. I guide students step by step so they understand how each feature works and how it can be applied effectively in real situations. This helps students feel comfortable and confident from the beginning.
As students improve, I introduce more advanced features such as functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools. I explain each concept clearly and provide practical exercises so students can apply what they learn. Each lesson includes hands-on tasks, correction guidance, and support to help students improve their accuracy. I also help students understand common mistakes and how to avoid them, which builds confidence over time.
Excel lessons also help students develop organization skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking. They learn how to manage and present data clearly and efficiently. Over time, students become more confident and independent in using Excel for different tasks. My goal is to make Excel easy to understand and useful for both academic and professional purposes.
