About Hannah
My journey with Excel began when I started working with data and realized how powerful spreadsheets can be. This led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Information Systems, where I developed strong skills in data handling and analysis. Over the past 6 years, I have helped students learn Excel in a clear and practical way.
My teaching approach focuses on simplicity, patience, and structured learning. I break down complex tasks into small steps so students can understand easily. I use real-life examples and hands-on exercises to make lessons engaging and useful. I also encourage students to practice regularly and explore different features with confidence.
Outside teaching, I continue to learn new Excel tools and techniques. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching Excel is very rewarding because I see students grow in confidence and ability. My goal is to help every learner feel comfortable and skilled in using spreadsheets.

My Excel lessons are designed to make working with data simple, practical, and easy to understand. I begin with basic skills such as entering data, formatting cells, and using simple formulas. Each concept is explained step by step so students can follow comfortably. I use real-life examples like budgeting, tracking expenses, and organizing information to make lessons meaningful. This helps students see how Excel can be used in everyday situations. I create a supportive and relaxed environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions.
As students improve, I introduce more advanced features such as pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and lookup functions. I guide them through structured exercises that help them analyze and manage data effectively. Practice tasks are included in every lesson to build confidence and accuracy. I also focus on explaining mistakes clearly so students can improve without frustration.
Each lesson is designed to strengthen practical skills and understanding step by step. Excel helps students become more organized and confident when handling data. Many learners start enjoying spreadsheets once they understand their practical value. My goal is to help students build strong Excel skills they can use in studies, work, and daily life.
