About Marin
My interest in Excel and data management began with exploring how spreadsheets could simplify complex tasks and visualise data insights. I pursued a B.Sc in Information Systems to deepen my understanding of data tools and their applications. Over 8 years of teaching Excel, I have guided learners of all levels, helping them transition from basic users to proficient problem-solvers who can handle data confidently. My teaching emphasises patience, clarity, and practical application, ensuring lessons are immediately relevant and engaging.
I focus on connecting Excel functions to real-life scenarios, making abstract formulae and features understandable and useful. Lessons integrate hands-on exercises, interactive problem-solving, and structured demonstrations that reinforce learning. I encourage students to experiment, ask questions, and apply techniques creatively, fostering both skill and confidence.

Lessons focus on hands-on exercises that help learners immediately apply concepts to realistic scenarios, whether for academic projects, business reports, or personal organisation. I prioritise clarity, pacing, and practice, ensuring students not only understand how to use Excel but also why specific approaches work best. Through step-by-step instruction, guided problem-solving, and iterative feedback, learners gain confidence and competence in managing complex data.
