About Julian
With 11 years of experience in ESL teaching, I have guided high school and college students towards achieving excellence in English through personalised, student-focused lessons. My approach combines structured grammar and vocabulary instruction with interactive speaking, reading, writing, and listening exercises, emphasising practical usage and real-life applications.
I take time to understand each student’s learning style, strengths, and challenges, creating lessons that are tailored, engaging, and effective. I am known for my ability to simplify complex concepts, build confidence, and foster motivation, ensuring students feel supported and encouraged throughout their learning journey.

I follow a C³P teaching methodology—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving—to create an engaging ESL learning experience. Creativity is encouraged through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based exercises that inspire students to explore language confidently.
Communication is central to my approach, with discussions, debates, and collaborative tasks helping learners develop fluency, comprehension, and confidence. Compassion ensures lessons are tailored to individual needs, offering guidance and support to foster motivation and self-esteem.
