Irene is cheerful and knows how to encourage you to achieve your goals. She knows a lot and adapts any exercise according to your needs or discomforts. Irene's program is complete and helps to have personalized monitoring on a daily basis with: diet, exercise throughout the week, exercises to do yourself, swimming guidance, videos and personal sessions. I have been going to Irene’s Pilates lessons for a couple of years. Irene is highly professional in how she runs the classes. She makes sure that every lesson is different from the previous one. She provides a good flow of exercises, not only within the session but across time, building up strength consistently across all the body. Her sessions are engaging and well prepared. She is very dedicated to her work and all the people under her care. Irene is a fantastic teacher
She gives clear instructions and my kids were able to follow, they enjoyed their lessons as Irene gave them great tips to correct their strokes and they saw the change it made straight away.

I can't recommend Irene highly enough. I'm 28 years old, I can't swim and afraid of water due to an accident when I was younger. I decided to start my swimming lessons as a new year's goal. From the very fist lesson, it was clear that Irene is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. She is patient and encouraging, and always make sure that I feel comfortable and safe in the water.
I never would have imagined doing and learning what I'm doing (this is my 7th lesson with her). She's able to effectively communicate and break down the techniques making the learning process enjoyable and easy to understand.

Irene is Great. She’s friendly, committed and fun. I first contacted her because I wanted to improve the way I swim (freestyle etc).
As an adult running a business, I don’t have much time and wanted to have a personal coach, rather than going to a “group class”; Irene was very accomodating and her friendly yet professional attitude made me feel comfortable from the start.
I knew my swimming “skills” were Goofy to say the least, but thank to Irene I didn’t feel like a fish out of water

Now I start the week looking forward to doing my practise lessons with her.

Irene is a true professional in her guidance and instruction. My husband and I have Irene come to our home twice per week for PT and Pilates. She is very knowledgeable but what is even more valuable is her desire to know her clients needs and goals. Irene always checks in before sessions to see how we are feeling so she can tailor our sessions accordingly. She also checks to see how we are a day after the workouts. She has adapted to what we want by listening to us - but also known how to push us a little beyond our comfort zone so we can progress.
