I am a very analytical person who enjoys solving problems. My approach to teaching is hands-on and very practical, teaching students methods as opposed to copying a style. I would look to give the student freedom once they learn a method to form a style. Every student is unique, and it's important to work with their strengths by not being too rigid. Teach the method and let the student expand on it. A student with a good foundation can then express themselves and enjoy what they are learning.
