Perfect! Estou muito satisfeito. As sessões de treino são interessantes, variadas, dinâmicas e fáceis de explicar. A treinadora é positiva, sorridente e enérgica, dá vontade de fazer exercício, seja qual for o estado de espírito com que se venha ao treino.
- Iryna é absolutamente fantástica! Um amor de pessoa, muito simpática e colaborativa. Ela já foi atleta no passado, por isso só temos de retomar o hábito da actividade física, para que ela volte a sentir-se no seu melhor! Mudou a minha forma de ver o exercício. Treinar no conforto de casa, na minha disponde tempo e ajustado as minhas necessidades. Há um momento da vida em que o exercício deixa de ser apenas para atingir um fim ( físico); passa a ser parte do nosso de estilo de vida e a Raquel é fantástica a fazer-nos sentir isso mesmo.
