About Lila
I have been tutoring Mathematics for more than 7 years, supported by a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics. My work is focused on guiding IB and A-Level students through both the fundamentals and advanced problem sets. Conceptual clarity lies at the heart of my teaching style. I ensure that my students understand the “why” behind the formulas before practising the “how.” Algebra, Geometry, and Statistics are my strongest areas of expertise. I make these topics accessible by breaking them down into clear steps. I also introduce multiple problem-solving techniques, so students can choose the approach that works best for them. Past paper practice forms a large part of my lessons, as it familiarises students with exam structure and builds confidence. Every session is interactive and responsive to the needs of the learner. I adapt my teaching methods based on strengths and areas needing growth. Over time, students not only gain skills but also develop resilience. My goal is always to turn uncertainty into mastery.
