Well! My teaching method is very accommodative. I like to guage students' level of language, their goals, their thought process before jumping into any lesson plan. When I know what is the end goal I can make sure that we work on it through various techniques. This is about adults. If I work with kids they need help in deciding their direction so I try to help them doing that. I usually take help of materials like pdf, quiz, exercises, podcasts, etc to better the learning process. I believe speaking is learnt well by speaking alot. So I stress more upon speaking alongwith required grammar learning or corrections.
