Erika is the best personal trainer I have met. In only six months of work she helped me return to the body I had when I got married (13 years ago). Her workouts are just perfect for you after she discusses with you your goals and your capabilities. You will never have a better personal trainer!
Érika has been my trainer for over 10 years, and not just I see improvements in my body, but specially in my energy level. The work outs are enjoyable and short if you don’t have a lot of time to exercise. She puts a lot of time into making the work out, and know the body anatomy like no other trainer.
