About Robin
I finished A Levels in 2025 with the Grades A*A*A, and following this I have applied to University for Mechanical Engineering and taken a gap year. As a Physics Mentor in school, I taught Physics to students through 1-1 weekly sessions for a year. This allowed me to develop a passion for tutoring, leading me to start online tutoring!

All my lessons are prepared by me and are tailored to each individual student. I pay for a platform called "pencil spaces" that allows me to video call students with an interactive whiteboard in the background. They can access the previous lessons at any point by simply logging on!
Lesson structure:
- First 10 mins, going through last weeks homework
- Next 5/10 mins, recapping a past topic with starter questions.
- Next 30 mins, learning a new topic with example questions and mini exercises.
- Last 10 mins, practising exam style questions or further learning.
I believe that repetition is the best way to solidify learning, that is why each week I set a short homework to help the student solidify their past learning.
