About Inez
Hi! My name is Inez, and I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of New South Wales. I have experience tutoring primary school students in Mathematics, English and Science, as well as working as a Teaching Assistant at a Taekwondo academy, where I mentored and supported young children in a positive learning environment.
I have always enjoyed working with children and find it incredibly rewarding to help them grow in both confidence and ability. I'm a patient, approachable and enthusiastic tutor who believes that every student has the potential to succeed with the right guidance and encouragement. I enjoy building strong relationships with my students so they feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves.

I am passionate about helping children gain confidence in their learning while making lessons enjoyable, engaging and tailored to their individual needs.
Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each child's strengths and areas for improvement. I begin by understanding what they already know before breaking down challenging concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps. Throughout each lesson, I encourage students to ask questions, think independently and build strong problem-solving skills rather than simply memorising answers. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and are motivated to keep improving.
I currently tutor a 9 year old student online and have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant at a Taekwondo academy, where I worked closely with young children and developed strong communication, patience and mentoring skills. These experiences have taught me how to keep lessons engaging while maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are suitable for primary school students seeking support in Mathematics, English or Science, whether they need help with homework, exam preparation or building confidence in the classroom.
I look forward to helping your child achieve their learning goals and develop a genuine enjoyment for learning!
