About Liliana
I have always loved cross country and athletics, and have made the State Level consecutively since Year 7. As an experienced and well-seasoned athlete, I am confident in my ability to help students achieve their own personal best while continuing to grow in their love of running.

I take a friendly and encouraging approach to coaching, using my experience and talent to tailor each lesson specifically to students ability and goals.
Each lesson is 30-60 minutes, focusing on a variety of training types including targeted intervals, endurance training, or form focus. As a competitive and experienced runner, I aim to help students achieve results and grow their love of the sport!
I teach primary school students from Kindergarten to Year 6.
