About Ancke
I did athletics for more than 10years and competed for South Africa as well, i was sports leader in highschool, i helped friends improving in their fitness and performance. Also got best athlete of several competitions at high end competitions.

My teaching method is to work on improvement day by day but not overworking it to burn out point but to stay in the game, i work on personal needs in athletes in what works for the individual in training.
