Hello, I'm Leona. I am a Business and communication instructor, academic advisor, trainer, and educator with more than 15 years of experience helping students and professionals achieve their educational, career, and personal development goals. I hold a bachelor's degree in Professional Communication and have extensive experience in training, career development, program coordination, student success, and adult learning. I also hold a Master's in Business Administration, empowering students with business concepts and ideas.
My passion is helping students gain confidence by breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps and creating personalized strategies that support lasting success. I recognize that every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to fit individual learning styles, strengths, goals, and challenges. My approach combines practical instruction, encouragement, organization strategies, and real-world application to help students understand the material and retain what they learn.
