About Jonathan
Jonathan Cote is a father, husband, educator, and a Director of Portfolio Optimization for a medical device company. Jonathan has been within the medical device industry over ten years, driving the development of their New Product Development Operations. Through the use of in-house developed apps and reporting, he has created a system that allows project teams to focus on deliverables while providing key insights to leadership. Prior to that, Jonathan was part of an Enterprise R&D Team, accountable for tracking and reporting of the R&D Key Driver Goal projects and metrics.
Prior to the medical device industry, Jonathan was responsible for running a variable incentive program for an automotive OEM. He led the cross-functional collaboration between facilities, marketing, sales operations, and finance, to properly track dealer performance and vehicle incentive payments. Since 2015, Jonathan has also been an Adjunct Professor, teaching courses in Business Communication, Data Analytics, and Elements of Business. Jonathan has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Rutgers University.

I enjoy getting to know my students and catering my lessons to their learning styles, setting them up for the best path to success. While teaching, I like to utilize text, online videos, and other mediums that are best for the student.
