I am a very approachable person with a great sense of humor. To me education is important but also important is the ensure the student is motivated and feel comfortable with the tutoring.
It takes great pleasure in seeing students engaged in chemistry. I can demonstrate them how chemistry can be used in the every day of life and the many possibilities in the job market.

My approach is to understand the students preferences with visual, applied learning or academic. Also important to me is to understand the school expectations regarding the syllabus the student needs to cover.
Once I understand the needs of the student, I can trace a learning plan so I can discuss with the student.
The plan is revised based on the attainment of the student.
