About Lila
I’ve been passionate about dance my whole life and currently dance collegiately as part of the Dance Company @ Georgia Tech. Dance has always been my way of expressing emotions, processing experiences, and growing both physically and mentally. I’m excited to share this art form with others by teaching technique, offering choreography support, and encouraging freedom of movement. Whether you want structured lessons or just a fun space to connect with music and your body, I’m here to help you enjoy the journey of dance at your own pace.

Whether you’re looking to learn foundational skills, improve technique, develop choreography, or simply enjoy moving freely, I tailor each session to your goals. A typical lesson might include warm-ups, skill drills, dance combinations, and personalized feedback. I believe dance is not just physical—it’s a powerful way to heal, grow, and connect mentally and emotionally. I welcome dancers of all levels, from beginners wanting to get comfortable on the floor to those looking to refine their technique or explore choreography.
