About Juan
I am a teacher who is specialised in Chinese and Maths. I have a comprehensive knowledge of how GCSE Chinese and maths work. Due to Chinese is my native language and specially trained mandarin for teaching purpose, I have more accurate pronunciation than any other teachers.
I've got a first and Master's degree with distinction; especially my maths has been ranked the top score of all the candidates who sat A-Level exams. The students I taught in China outperformed all the other classes among the same age group in secondary schools.

1. Evaluate the specific student by using various assessments to identify the barriers of the subject;
2. Focus on the weakness of the aspects, such as confidence, weak subject foundation...
3. Make a teaching strategy and plan for each lesson;
4. Explain in details and give lots of encouragement, summarize rules for the problem solving; then let students practise. If still not work well; i Shall guide them, not tell them to find their way out.
