About Rachel
18 years as a counsellor, 25 years as a Youth and Community worker, teaching groups and individuals on all counselling-related mental health issues, personal, social and health relates issues. I have taught large numbers of 95 people to 1-1 sessions. My sessions are extremely interactive, conversational and also reflective, so I have a high success rate in encouraging critical thinking and reflection.

I am able work with students of all ages up to adults who are wanting to find ways of managing their emotions and more about themselves. I am challenging as a tutor in the teaching relationship and I don't spoon feed as the learning experience is a mutual one and requires commitment from both parties.
