I have been teaching secondary English for 7 years. I have taught each grade level between 7 and 12 at least once and have worked in a variety of environments with a very diverse group of students. The majority of my career has been spent teaching in a large urban district.

I believe tutoring is best served by an individual approach. It is hard to say what a standard lesson looks like because each lesson will be tailored to the individual student's needs. I am flexible and easy going, but I expect a match to the effort that I put in from the student.
