About NORISSAM
I am an experienced graduate student in the Bachelor of Chemical Engineering Technology (Industrial Chemical Process). I had the experience in teaching SPM subjects such as Modern Mathematics, Chemistry, English, Biology and Science in multiple tuition center including my own home in Sabah in the hope I can improve the quality of education in Sabah. If we look through the pages of the past, I had set up a teaching place for kids in my hometown so that I can give the young generation to have a quality and good education they deserve. In addition to those efforts, I also had the passion in teaching as it is my favorite thing to do, even in my university years where I teach a lot of my friends who need help in understanding certain subjects. I also had the working experience in Top Glove in which I was exposed mainly in the chemical engineering related field. The main experience was more into in-depth studies and implementation of process improvement in the production of variety of gloves on an industrial scale. As an engineer, the goal was to instill critical thinking in improving the process while reducing the liable cost inflicted from the project.

Using the method of storytelling and analogical reasoning to enhance the level of understanding among students. The length of lesson usually takes up to 1-3 hours depends on the student. I am a university graduate with Bachelor of Chemical Engineering Technology that have working experiences teaching in multiple tuition center teaching students from the age range of 12-20.
