About David
As an educator with over a decade of experience in classrooms, curriculum development, and one-on-one instruction, I bring both professionalism and care to every tutoring relationship. I have taught English Language Arts at the middle and high school levels, developed instructional materials, and supported students with diverse learning needs. I value preparation, clear communication, and mutual respect, and I take pride in creating a safe, focused learning environment where students feel supported and challenged. Families and students can expect consistency, reliability, and instruction grounded in proven educational practice.

My tutoring approach is structured, supportive, and tailored to each learner. I begin by identifying strengths, gaps, and goals, then design lessons that combine explicit instruction, guided practice, and real examples. A typical session includes skill building, discussion, and practical application. What sets me apart is my classroom experience, curriculum design background, and ability to adapt instruction for different learning needs. Lessons are ideal for middle school, high school, and adult learners seeking to improve their reading, writing, grammar, and critical thinking.
