About Emily

I have 5+ years tutoring elementary, secondary and university - level students in many subjects including Math, English, Science (Chemistry, Biology, and Physics), and am currently in my second and final year of teacher’s college at York University (will obtain my OCT teaching certificate in the spring).

About the lesson

I provide student-based tutoring tailored to the specific needs of each of my students and their desired areas of study to improve. I have extensive experience with both elementary and secondary school students. I am patient and open-minded with how students learn differently and can provide challenges to help them excel.

Emily is a very qualified and passionate about the subjects she teaches. She has helped me on countless English essays and I have always done well on those papers. She is patient and understanding when working with me. I always feel satisfied with the work I'm handing in whenever Emily helps me! If I ever need help she is always available to be there to support me. I'm so thankful that I got such a supportive tutor like her to always give me the best guidance and assistance on my work.

Emily has been a fantastic math and science tutor for my two high school aged sons. She is attentive and professional, and frankly the results of my son’s improvement in their grades speaks for itself!
