My teaching methodology is underpinned by a philosophy of ‘trail and error without fear of failure’. Based upon the idea that learners learn best when they feel comfortable to try out new sentences and complex words without fear of failure.
I try to make my learner feel as comfortable as possible in the class. However, I do not comprise on quality of lessons and results. I follow the top research in teaching and learning. From which, I have decided to use ample testing, re-capping topics and revision exercises.
In my programs, each week I take students through a new list of vocabulary, letters or grammatical rules. Then they will then be tested on.
