My background is unique; I combine the logical precision of a Computer Science graduate with the professional experience of a school teacher. Having served as an English Teacher at Mitra Academy (ICSE) and an English Instructor at Digisoft AI, I have a proven track record of helping students achieve both academic excellence and conversational fluency.
My experience within the ICSE curriculum has given me a deep understanding of high-standard grammar, literature, and formal writing. I believe that language learning should be practical, engaging, and tailored to the student's age and goals. My teaching method focuses on a "Communicative Approach," where I encourage students to speak from the very first minute. I use interactive discussions, storytelling for younger learners, and real-life scenarios to build both vocabulary and confidence.
A typical 60-minute session is structured as follows:
The Warm-up (10 mins): A fun ice-breaker or quick conversation to get the student comfortable speaking.
Core Learning (25 mins): For children, this involves phonics, reading, or creative storytelling. For adults, we focus on grammar, interview techniques, or professional writing.
Practical Application (20 mins): Interactive role-playing, games, or debating a topic to apply what was learned.
Feedback & Wrap-up (5 mins): Summary of progress and a clear plan for the next class.
