About Yadhira
Hi! My name is Yadhira Rodriguez, a first-year student at Rutgers Business School majoring in Supply Chain Management and Finance. As a first-generation Peruvian Latina, I bring a unique perspective and a strong passion for mentorship and education.
I have extensive experience working with kids across various roles. I served as Head Cheerleading Coach for three years, leading over 50 children aged 6-14. This role involved teaching routines, fostering teamwork, and creating a positive environment where kids could build confidence. I’ve also mentored freshmen, tutored kids privately in English and other subjects, and participated in community programs like Unified PE, reading to ESL students, and babysitting. My experience spans teaching, mentorship, and guidance, providing me with the ability to connect with kids at different levels.
