About Wages
With more than 5 years of experience teaching French to college students, I specialise in personalised learning that matches individual goals and academic needs.
My teaching style is student-centred and adaptable. I assess the student’s strengths and areas for improvement and design lessons accordingly. Grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking are taught in a balanced and simple way.
I use innovative methods such as case-based learning, real-world scenarios, guided conversations, interactive exercises, and listening activities. These techniques help students apply French effectively in exams, assignments, and presentations.
I provide regular feedback and encouragement to help students stay consistent and confident. Lessons are designed to reduce fear and build long-term understanding.
My goal is to help college students succeed academically while enjoying the process of learning French.

I teach French using a results-oriented methodology that combines creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. My lessons are interactive and practical, incorporating role-plays, dialogues, storytelling, and real-life scenarios to help students strengthen all aspects of language learning—speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
As a mentor, I guide students to analyse grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structures critically. They are encouraged to apply knowledge independently, solve problems creatively, and communicate confidently. Creativity is integrated into every lesson to make learning memorable and enjoyable.
Accountability is central to my methodology. I set achievable goals, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to ensure steady improvement. Lessons are tailored to each student’s learning style, pace, and interests, making the learning process flexible and effective.
In addition to French, I can teach literature, writing, and general language skills. My aim is to create a supportive, inspiring environment where students gain mastery of French while developing creativity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning skills.
