About Christine
I am a Research Scientist in the field of genetics. I have specialized in next-generation sequencing and biotechnology, and the am always learning because of my rapidly growing field. I have experience in the day to day science behind sequencing a patient's DNA, as well as building robots to help our labs. When I was in college, I was a teacher's assistant and tutor for Biology every year. I definitely miss seeing students having their "Ah-ha!" moments.

I am passionate about learning and all the exciting topics within science. My goal is to make students as excited as I am, and to rid the feeling of learning as a chore. I seek out what road blocks each student has, and figure out dynamic ways to hurdle them. Every student learns differently, from explaining things different ways to using more examples, etc. I'm as patient as can be because I'm excited to get you to the finish line.
