About Robert
My name is Robert; I am a German teacher with a Master of Education in Mathematics and History. I have been living in China for over 15 years and have taught at international schools in Germany and China. Mathematics and analytical thinking are very close to my heart — I believe that every student can understand math if it is explained properly. I teach patiently and in a structured way, adapting to the pace and needs of each individual student. I speak German, English and Chinese.

I am a German math teacher with a Master of Education qualification and over 10 years’ teaching experience at international schools in Germany and China. I teach mathematics — including calculus and statistics — at foundation level, as well as environmental science in English and German. My lessons take place online and are tailored to each student individually, with clear, step-by-step explanations and a focus on genuine understanding rather than mere rote learning.
