About Vic Qi
After facing challenges in her health, career, and relationships, Vic Qi embarked on a transformative journey. Through dance, art, and meditation, she experienced profound shifts in her mind and body, eventually leaving her career to focus on wellness. She has since organized over 300 human connection and wellness events.
With a deep love for movement, especially dance, Vic Qi became a guide for intentional movement, focusing on the internal experience. Through somatic practices like dance, yoga, and qigong, she found a way to reconnect with her body and use movement to shift her mindset. Her passion for natural patterns and geometry inspires her to create meaningful experiences that help others find their own natural rhythm.

The Standard Flow:
5-minute warm-up to prepare the body
50 minutes of guided somatic dance to loosen up and engage with your emotions
End with 5 minutes of silent reflection
About Your Guide:
Your instructor is deeply rooted in somatic practices, using movement as a powerful tool to harmonize body and mind. With credentials including:
- 200-hour Hatha Yoga Certification (Deep Yoga Academy, 2024)
- Integrative Somatic Arts Teacher Training (Unity Space, 2023)
- Qigong essential course (WMQ Puchong Training Center, 2020)
- Over 300 wellness events hosted since 2016
