About David
I have successfully taught A-level Computer Science since 2007 and am a Head of Computing at a secondary school. My A-level students often progress to study Computer Science and related subjects at leading universities including Oxford. At GCSE, my students' results are outstanding. I am a Computing at School Master Teacher, providing support to other teachers in teaching Computer Science and associated subjects. I'm also involved in initial teacher training for prospective Computer Science teachers. I am an examiner for GCSE and A-level Computer Science.
Before entering the teaching profession, I worked in the IT industry in various capacities for ten years, including technical support, network consultant and technical communications.
