About Tracy
I am an experienced teacher of Design and Technology. I studied a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and a Master of Arts Degree in Product Design at the Royal College of Art. I also have over twenty years experience in the design industry working as a Design Manager for well known brands such as Reebok and ITV. I enjoy helping students get excited about Design and Technology and guiding them through the coursework expectations and theory aspects of their exams.

I'm an experienced teacher, examiner and moderator of Design & Technology and Product Design for AQA, OCR and Edexcel. I also have over twenty years experience in the industry. Over the last five years I have been employed at a prestigious Independent School in London, and on average 80% of my students have achieved grades 7 to 9 for GCSE and 100% have achieved grades A* to C at A-Level. I aim to provide my students with an excellent support and course structure and expertise in Design Technology to maximise their grades in both the theory and non exam assessment elements of the exam. I consider myself as a methodical, reliable, and professional teacher. I encourage my students to aim high and I provide excellent exemplars and tips to ensure they meet the exam success criteria. My one hour lessons encompass discussions, going over theory topics, practice exam questions, and providing advice for the NEA coursework in both GCSE and A-Level.
