The "Blunder Filter": A simple mental checklist to stop hanging pieces.

Typical 60-Minute Lesson:
First 15m: Reviewing your recent games to find your biggest weaknesses.
Next 30m: Solving specific puzzles and learning one key strategic concept.
Final 15m: Summarizing the "rules" for your next week of play.
