About Catrin
Having achieved a First Class in Economics at Durham University I joined the Civil Service, where I worked as a policy analyst for over 6 years. During my time in the Civil Service I progressed quickly to a managerial role and have extensive experience of interviews and applications. I am an experienced interview panellist for and have insights and knowledge of how what the panellists are looking for. Having recently left the Civil Service I have now turned my attention to help others. I am a passionate coach and my aim is to foster confidence in others and help you achieve your career goals! I have a track record of supporting and coaching new graduates, and experienced professionals, to progress to the next step of their career.

Having been in the Civil Service for more than 6 years and progressing to managerial position quickly I have extensive experience of succeeding at applications and interviews. I also took part on 20 interview panels, assessing graduate-level job applicants at interview stage. I also coached junior colleagues to progress and achieve promotions once they had been working at the Civil Service for 2-3 years. My coaching sessions will be student led - tailored to your needs, including: Feedback on written application STAR technique Mock interviews Interview technique and feedback Confidence building Sessions are suitable for anyone who wants feedback on written job applications, STAR technique, interview skills, or Civil Service applications.
