About Tharani
I am currently reading for a PhD at Lincoln University College, Malaysia. I hold an MSc from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, and a BSc in Accounting (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. I have five plus years of academic experience at NSBM Green University (delivered modules for the University of Plymouth (UK), Victoria University (Australia) and have also served as a part-time/visiting lecturer at the Human Resource Institute (delivered modules for the University of Northampton (UK) and the Royal Institute of Colombo (delivered modules for the University of London (UK).
