About Sami
I'm a compassionate teacher who puts students' needs first. I have many years' experience teaching year 7 to 13 at a South London state school. I have recently moved to Edinburgh to start a family and although I intend to return to the classroom someday, tutoring gives me the flexibility to spend more time with my newborn.

My teaching focuses on helping students develop a deep understanding of complex chemical concepts whilst building confidence in exam technique, by tailoring my approach to each student’s learning needs, focusing on targeted practice, clear explanations and structured revision. I have experience with helping students boost their grades, as well as guiding those pupils to the top marks; I can support you with what you’re looking for from tuition through personalised guidance and effective strategies. I am most experienced with the AQA specifications but am comfortable with other exam boards also.
