Hello! I’m a Pharmacy student at UCL with several years of tutoring experience, including working at Explore Learning. I specialise in Maths, English, and 11+ preparation for primary and lower secondary students. As a tutor, I take a student-centred and supportive approach, tailoring each session to the learner’s individual needs and learning style. I focus on building confidence alongside academic skills, using interactive methods such as guided practice, questioning, and real-life examples to help concepts ‘click’. My lessons typically last 60 minutes, but I’m flexible depending on the student's age and attention span. I often incorporate short assessments or fun quizzes to track progress and keep lessons engaging. I’m currently a Pharmacy student at UCL and have worked with Explore Learning, where I gained hands-on experience tutoring Maths, English, and 11+ for children aged 5–14. My background gives me a strong foundation in academic support and exam preparation. My lessons are ideal for primary and lower secondary school students (KS1–KS3), including those preparing for the 11+ entrance exams. I’m passionate about helping students not just improve their grades, but also enjoy learning and believe in their abilities.
