About Meenakshi
I am a PhD qualified academician with over 22 years of experience in higher education, specializing in management subjects such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Strategic Management.
Over the course of my career, I have taught postgraduate students across reputed institutions in India and have guided numerous dissertations and research projects. This has given me a strong foundation in academic rigor, research methodology and scholarly writing.
In addition to teaching, I have served as a member of the editorial board of a peer-reviewed journal, where I have reviewed academic articles for clarity, structure and accuracy. I am also a published author, with work focused on leadership, emotional intelligence and organizational behavior.
My professional experience is complemented by formal training in counseling and physiotherapy, which enables me to understand student needs, support learning challenges, and create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

My approach to any topic is explaining simply, yet with clarity, engagement and practical application. I use a combination of conceptual explanation, case-based discussion and interaction. In subjects such as OB, HRM and Strategic Management, I integrate real-world examples, organizational scenarios and reflective exercises to help learners understand and develop analytical abilities.
A typical class begins with a brief discussion to assess prior understanding, followed by structured conceptual explanation. This is then reinforced by examples, cases or application. The session usually concludes with a summary and short tasks to ensure clarity and retention.
One of my key strengths is my ability to adapt to different learners. My background in counseling further enables me to understand learners and build confidence along with academic competence.
