Hi, I’m Anir – a passionate and high-achieving math tutor with a 98% in Grade 12 Advanced Functions and a 95% in Calculus and Vectors. I help students in Grades 6 to 10 build strong math skills and lasting confidence.
My Teaching Approach:
I focus on clarity, patience, and personalization. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching to match their style—using step-by-step explanations, visual tools, and real-world examples to make abstract concepts easier to understand. I also work on building strong study habits and problem-solving strategies.
Typical Lesson Plan:
We start with a brief review to reinforce past learning. Then we move into the day’s topic, working through guided examples together. I make sure students understand the “why” behind each concept, not just the “how.” We finish with practice questions, review, and strategies for independent study.
