About Rimsha
I am Rimsha Javed born in Pakistan. I got a score of 6.5 IELTS and relocated to the UK in 2023 to continue my education. My most recent degree is MSc in Data Science and Analytics with Advanced Research at the University of Hertfordshire. I am now employed as a Cover Supervisor in different schools in the UK where I assist the students with their studies and classroom work. My educational background and experience as a teacher are driving me to work towards assisting students in gaining a good knowledge of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Data Science. I am an advocate of building a supportive and engaging learning environment that is specific to the needs of individual students to simplify the complex things and make them fun to study.

Huawei became my first job after completing my undergraduate studies in Software Engineering in Pakistan where I joined as a Delivery Operation Centre Engineer where I have been able to acquire the strong analytical, problem solving as well as technical skills. When I relocated to the UK, I changed my career orientation to education. I started a part-time job as a Teaching Assistant that assisted students in their studies and classroom tasks. Through diligence and hard work, I was promoted to work as a Cover Supervisor which is the position where I am now managing classrooms on my own and teaching the subjects of my choice. I have also acquired the skills of teaching Mathematics and Computer Science, and now I am a teacher and tutor of the students between Year 7 and Year 11. This level of teaching is interactive, student-focused, and differentiated to individual learning needs to make students gain confidence and academic success.
