I use evidence-informed techniques whilst teaching. I aim to use example problem pairs to introduce topics, variation theory where feasible to induce mathematical thinking, retrieval practice to help long-term memory as well as different problem-solving techniques to stretch students. I use an online system to track student progress and give assignments. This allows me to provide tailored support and feedback.
