About Binila
Hi! My Name is Binila. I just finished my A levels at Plantsbrook School and GCSEs at John Willmott.
A levels:-
Maths - A, Chemistry - A, Biology - B, AS Further Maths - B
GCSEs:-
Maths - 9, Chemistry - 8, Physics - 8, Biology - 7, Eng Lit - 7, Eng Lang - 5
I was a buddy tutor, where I assisted students in my year with Maths. I also volunteered as a Student Teacher Assistant throughout Year 12, where I worked with Key Stage 3 and 4 Students. Through this, I understand the approach needed towards UK exam boards (edexcel/aqa/ocr etc) and how important exam practice is.
Maths used to feel frustrating and confusing, but the right approach and guidance changed everything. Now, I want to give others that same experience by tailoring my tutoring to each student’s learning style.

My tutoring approach is personalised and structured, ensuring that each lesson is as effective as possible. I will initially have 1 free class where I can talk to the student and understand their weak points. This way, before each session, I will take the time to prepare materials based on the student’s progress, strengths, and areas that need improvement.
I also understand how the exam questions are supposed to be answered so the student can get close to the mark scheme ensuring they don’t lose marks due to that
