About David
I am a private tutor helping language learners since 2016. Before that I was a languages teacher in schools and I love teaching and helping students learn English (as well as French and Spanish). I have helped adults learn languages for holidays and business and I have students achieve improved exam grades. I have lived in France and understand the challenge of learning a foreign language!

My approach is patient and encouraging. I listen to students to identify their strengths and weaknesses and plan and adapt sessions appropriately. I encourage the learning across the skills of Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening and place emphasis on pronunciation and vocabulary practice. If I student is learning or a specific purpose such as an exam, a business trip or a holiday I will prepare and teach accordingly.
