About Alim
I am a native French speaker from the French island of Mauritius and have been a high school teacher all my life since 1980. I describe myself as a pragmatic teacher who devise my own approach according to actual situation and the needs of my students. I feel happy only after I am confident my student has acquired the necessary skills required to move forward, no matter how much effort or time it takes. I always make sure my students are feeling comfortable all the time.

I adopt a scaffolding method building up from scratch and making sure every level is mastered before moving on to the next. I teach standard international French in line with the CEFR. I teach and evaluate the 4 domains of Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening
