About Skandha
I am a Science teacher in general ( Up to 10th standard) and a Physics teacher in particular for Higher Secondary level. After attaining my Masters degree in Physics, I gained teaching experience in Schools in Kolkata & in Tamilnadu (Pollchi). After shifting to Bengaluru I switched to teaching from Home which turned out to be very successful, giving me utmost job satisfaction by the success of my students.

I try to act more as a facilitators to promote self-learning and help students develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization.In this way I train my students to ask questions and help develop skills to find answers and solutions.
I interact with students and prompt them toward understanding rather than lecturing and testing knowledge through memorization. However I adjust my strategies according to my students ability to learn the material in hand. I believe each individual is different and needs a little different approach.
