I am a Biology student at the University of Oxford with over two years of experience tutoring English literature and language, Mathematics and Sciences. During that time, I’ve taught over 15 students, resulting in an average 2 grade increase at GCSE.

I prefer to give one-to-one lessons as it enables me to talk about the subject directly with the student. I find it important to get to know who you are as a person and craft my lessons to suit you.
For English I have a method of writing essays that guarantees a grade 6 when followed, but I love analysing poetry and literature in ways that make it genuinely interesting by going off the spec and strengthening skills, instead of drilling quotations.
