About Mark
I want to be your mentor, not just a tutor. A lot of the reasons we persist is mentality and purpose, and my aim is to show you how to harness your potential even when things get tough! I'm still performing in a few bands and I also run the sound for live events around London, keeping me close to upcoming artists and new sounds and new technology being brought to the stage. Together we will establish aims and goals, I will encourage you to take these lessons into the real world, to share with your music-minded friends or to find opportunities to put your new skills into practice, jam nights, starting a band and even recording some original ideas!

- I will teach you in the way that I learnt, you will tell me what you want to learn and we will start there! - Our lesson should be between 30 minutes and 1 hour, once a week maximum to allow you time to really rehearse - I have 25 years of performing live in bands creating our own music. Starting on stage at my school assembly to performing on the BBC Jools Holland show, other BBC shows and some incredible live shows around the world such as Tokyo's Billboard Live and several tours of the US and Europe. I wish for you to experience these things too when following your dream! - My lessons are for all ages with varied skill levels, beginners and pros equally welcome! This is about what you want, and it is the key to realising how far this can go for you... ---I look forward to hearing from you!
